KIRAN SHARMA

The founder and key resource person Mr. Kiran Sharma has four decades of experience in the core industry where he has climbed the ladder from the entry level to strategic decision position in the field of HR/IR. In his accomplished career he has trained and mentored number of professionals which include academics also. At this stage of his career, he aspires to inspire and thus ensure availability of highly competent individuals for the economy and the country.

Mr. Sharma started his career with Raymond Cement and after a decade of accomplished service he joined Tata Steel Cement. With the acquisition by Lafarge Cement, he became an integral part of Lafarge and from there, he began an illustrious journey wherein he catered the HR/IR functions and grew within the organization and along with the organization. Finally, he was a part of the Nuvoco Group, when Lafarge was acquired by the Group and served as Cluster Head, designated as Assistant Vice President.

Mr. Sharma had an inner call to share his knowledge and experience with new generation Human Capital and hence post-retirement from the service he has started offering his expertise in the capacity of Corporate Trainer and Consultant. Over the last two years in the said capacity he has groomed numerous professionals and students alike.

Mr. Cyril is an MBA from XLRI-Jamshedpur and has a Master’s Degree and a Law Degree to his credit. In his last assignments, he was associated with Dhofar Power Company, established by PSEG US, as Head HR for a decade and subsequently joined Sembcorp Salalah, Singapore based Org as Corporate Services Head in the Sultanate of Oman. He launched a Management Consultancy Firm in 2017 to work closure with local HR Community to support them in Human Resources Management (HRM), strategic management philosophies.


Prior to his associations with DPC and Sembcorpin the Sultanate of Oman, Mr.Cyril held various senior leadership positions in the core sector industries in India, beginning with Tata Steel where he was associated for almost a decade and later switched over to Lafarge, the French multinational, in the segment of cement and building materials.

Mr. Cyril brings along with him over three decades of diversified exposures in the field of Human Resources Management, Strategic Planning & Management, Health & Safety management, acquisitions, mergers, process re-engineering and corporate services. His profile includes strategic performance, organizational development, change management, learning & development, Recruitments, HSE Audit and Risk Management etc.

His long presence in HR provided him a rich insight of people, their behavior, work culture and keys to organizational success. He feels that there is a greater need to contribute towards the strategic areas, including talent management, competence building, career planning, engagement, and retention. Today, the organizations are looking at the HR communities to align people to the organization with a much deeper understanding of the real business demands.

DR. RAJAT SHRIDHAR

Dr. R. Shridhar adorns multiple hats in the capacity of a distinguished Academician, Corporate Trainer, Executive Coach and Consultant. A PhD in Management, he is currently the Vice Chancellor of the Prestigious Kalinga University.

He started his career in the Pharmaceutical Sector and served various organizations of repute Duphar Interfran Limited, Jenburkt Pharma Limited, Sami Labs Ltd. at tactical and strategic positions. With a career spanning over
two decades with such multinational companies, he has been instrumental in developing strategies, driving campaigns, spearheading market research for numerous pharmaceutical products. Apart from leading and driving teams & campaigns, Dr. Shridhar had also trained numerous Sales and Marketing Professionals in relevant segments like Brand Management, Consumer Behavior, and Field Motivation to name a few.

After his stint in Sales & Marketing, Dr. Shridhar joined the academic fraternity as the Dean – Faculty of Management Studies at RITEE Group of Institutions, Raipur. Further, he went ahead to serve Kalinga University, first as a Dean Faculty of Management Studies. For the last four years he is functioning as the Vice Chancellor of the University. He is a well-known Start Up Mentor as well.

Prem Soni is a Finance & Corporate Affairs professional with more than three decades of proven track record including 17 years of international exposure in reputed MNCs in Asia Africa & Middle East. A Company Secretary by qualification, & further an MBA and Law Graduate, he adorns multiple hats. His areas of expertise include finance and corporate management (project & working capital, operational restructuring, turnaround management, fund raising, costing, budgetary control, business plans, cost optimization, risk management, internal controls etc.), operational HR, regulatory compliance, general management and admin.

Having worked in different parts of India as well as outside in countries located in Asia & Africa, he is well versed with different work cultures and ethics. He has got rich & vast experience both in manufacturing as well as service sector and has handled strategic, corporate & operational assignments with equal ease.

To showcase just a few, he worked with M/s EPIC Designers Ltd., a Hongkong based MNC as Director-Finance & Corporate Affairs for their Bangladesh Operations for fifteen years and with M/s Chemipack (Uganda) Ltd., belonging to one of the largest business conglomerates (MAC Group) in East African region, as the CEO & Profit Centre Head for their Ugandan Operations He started his career with one of the most respected organizations in financial services sector viz. HDFC Ltd

ABHISHEK CHAUDHURI

Mr. Abhishek Chaudhuri is a Management Consultant and Corporate Trainer. He has 19 years of experience in Professional Training, Coaching and Consulting. He started his career with the IT/ITES Industry with his first job with Pinnacle Group and then IBM. He has been associated with various reputed organizations like E-Funds,
Abearix, Bharat Aluminum Company (BALCO), Lafarge India Private Limited, Sarda Energy and Minerals Limited (SEML) in the capacity of Trainer and Consultant.

From February 2011 to August 2014, Mr. Chaudhuri had been associated with KSK Energy Ventures Limited. Predominantly he was engaged with Learning and Development activities at the site (located in Nariyara, Chhattisgarh), a mega project of 3600 MW power plant. During the last 20 months of his tenure at KSK, he was operating from the Corporate Office, Hyderabad.

Mr. Chaudhuri is involved in the sphere of Strategic Management, Brand Management and Human Resource Development. In the capacity of a Consultant, he has been associated with various district administrations
(District of Bemetara, Dantewada, Raigarh, Rajnandgaon, all situated in the state of Chhattisgarh). He has imparted his services in different spheres like Swachh Bharat Mission, Women and Child Welfare, designing mass engagement campaigns and IEC (Information, Education, Communication) Materials for various government initiatives.

Rashi Agarwal is a Soft Skills Trainer & Behavioral Coach with more than seven years of quality experience. She has a Masters in Psychology to her credit. A keen learner, her predisposition towards aesthetics and finer things of life, particularly painting & poetry has given her an edge in Human Resource Development.

Her area of interest and expertise lie in Learning & Development and Remedial cum Developmental Counseling oriented towards developing youngsters enabling them to perform at the current as well as next level. She has proved herself to be effective in driving Succession Planning on numerous occasions.

ARUN TIWARI

Mr. Arun Tiwari is a seasoned IT Professional with more than three decades of quality experience in his field. A passionate technocrat and a compassionate professional he has numerous success stories in his reservoir to be shared with the world.

He has been credited for implementing high end IT strategies at the lowest possible cost further ensuring highest return on investment. He has hands on experience in managing SAP modules like FICO, MM, SD etc. As an IT Project Manager he has been instrumental in successfully implementing SAP S4HANA.

He is an widely accepted expert in Maximo Maintenance Management System and System. Designing. In a nutshell, in the field of IT Mr. Tiwari has an answer for Strategic, Tactical and Transactional aspects in the same degree and decree.

Mr. Bharat Soni holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations besides holding a double Masters' Degrees in Economics and Sociology respectively. He has close to three decades of quality experience in Public Relations, Liaisoning, Facility Services, Event Management.

Further he has proven credentials in Housing Project Management, Employee Engagement, Contract Labor & Trade Union Management, Liaison with Statutory & Non-Statutory bodies. He is passionate about enabling best practices in Administration and has a natural flair for Customer Service, both external and internal.


He has rich experience in providing effective direction to Admin Functions and its coordination and integration with other functions.
